Potomac Yard
Potomac Yard is a real estate development that was able to unite Old Town Alexandria, Del Ray and Crystal City. Pulte was the developer/builder in charge of the biggest phase of Potomac Yard. They did build a mix of fee simple townhouses and condo townhouses known as unit 101 and unit 102. Potomac Yard has a total of 295 acres; it has a very nice location slightly Northeast of Old Town Alexandria, walking distance to Del Ray and Southeast of Crystal City and the newly rebranded National Landing the home of Amazon H2Q.
Potomac Yard is still growing, a new phase of upscale apartments for rent have been built and new condos like The Dylan as well. A new Metro station will open that will boost value in this neighborhood. Bringing connectivity and public transportation to Washington DC.
