14th Street Corridor
The 14th street corridor is located in the Northwest and Southwest quadrants of DC. One of the main corridors that crosses the city from the 14th St Bridge all the way to Eastern Av.
If you drive or walk by 14th Street you will be able to do some tourism at The National Mall and if you keep on going North you will enjoy Logan Circle and Columbia Heights.
14th Street is rich in history, in the late 60's it was the scenario for the Washington DC Riots, during the 80's we could say that it was know more for its red light district establishments. The Washington Dc real estate market started a steady valuation over time and this brought a process of gentrification. Nowadays 14th street corridor is known for its restaurants, bars and galleries.
One of the most re developed segments of 14th street would be from Thomas Circle all the way to Spring Rd NW and in time it will keep on going north.
